Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients promoting the company's HR services.
Respond to incoming client calls, addressing their queries efficiently.
Keep detailed and accurate logs of all telephone conversations.
Perform follow-ups with clients over the phone to ensure their satisfaction.
Work alongside the sales department to meet assigned targets and objectives.
Provide support in organizing appointments and meetings for senior leadership.
Stay informed about the latest developments in the HR field to assist clients knowledgeably.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Pune.
Start date between 24th September 2026 and 29th October 2026.
Commitment to a 3-month duration for the internship.
