Join Blinkit as a Telecalling Intern where you'll play a key role in employee grievance management. Your routine tasks will involve reaching out to employees, comprehending their concerns, addressing them effectively, and maintaining an organized record of all requests received.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to employees to gather and understand their grievances
Address and resolve the issues raised by employees promptly
Keep an up-to-date database of all grievance requests and resolutions

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship
Internship commencement should be between 5th September 2026 and 10th October 2026
Must commit to a three-month internship duration
Should possess relevant skills and interests aligning with the role
Encouragement for women seeking career start or restart to apply

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly stipend of ₹15,000, comprising of ₹10,000 fixed pay and ₹5,000 incentive
Flexible working hours to accommodate interns' needs

Certificate of internship completion and letter of recommendation upon successful completion
