Scope for Change is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals and communities through sustainable development initiatives. Our core focus areas include education, women empowerment, environment conservation, social well-being, and health. Our flagship education project, "Hamein Padhao Hamein Badhao," aims to transform lives in underserved communities by providing quality educational opportunities, establishing learning centers, and equipping students with essential skills to break the poverty cycle.

Internship Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching sessions to various batches from grades 1 to 5 across multiple subjects such as Hindi, English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, General Knowledge, and Science.
• Accurately maintain records related to student attendance, performance, and progress.
• Design and prepare lesson plans that align with the NGO's educational goals and curriculum.
• Provide personalized support to students requiring additional academic help.
• Work collaboratively with volunteers and staff to further the NGO’s mission and support its programs.
• Assist in managing and enhancing social media presence for Scope for Change channels.
• Organize and facilitate workshops covering topics like health, hygiene, career guidance, and digital skills development.

Internship Eligibility

• Applicants must be available for part-time engagement, starting between September 29 and November 3, 2026.
• Candidates should commit to a six-month internship duration.
• Applicants must reside in Delhi or Gurgaon.
• Relevant skills and interest in education, administration, and social causes are essential.
• Women interested in starting or restarting their careers are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 8,000 to 10,000.
• Upon completion, interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation.
• Ten openings are available for this internship.
