This internship with Scope for Change offers the opportunity to contribute to the NGO's online presence by developing and maintaining their website. The internship involves updating website content, optimizing banners and campaign pages, enhancing responsiveness and user experience, and supporting key pages such as donation forms and volunteer registration. Collaboration with the content and design teams is essential, operating under the supervision of the IT manager and the organization's founder. Additionally, the role includes assisting with basic search engine optimization and website performance assurance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop the NGO’s website to ensure smooth operation.
- Regularly refresh website content, banners, and campaign-related pages.
- Optimize website responsiveness and overall user experience.
- Manage functionality for donation and volunteer registration forms.
- Coordinate efforts with content creators and design specialists.
- Work closely with the IT manager and founder for guidance and oversight.
- Ensure consistent website functionality and high performance.
- Assist in implementing basic SEO strategies and website optimization.
