Role Summary and Responsibilities

As a Project Leader intern, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project activities at SFC learning centers and government schools. Your role involves guiding teachers, managing interns and volunteers, maintaining records, designing educational content, organizing workshops, and handling community liaison. You will also be involved in event planning, data collection, documentation, fundraising support, and social media management for effective project implementation.

  • Coordinate and supervise educational initiatives and daily activities at learning centers and partner schools.
  • Provide direct teaching support and coach teachers on innovative instructional methods.
  • Oversee teachers, interns, and volunteers to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
  • Maintain attendance, assessment data, and monthly progress tracking for students.
  • Create instructional materials like worksheets and learning aids.
  • Conduct awareness campaigns and capacity-building workshops on topics such as health, hygiene, life skills, digital literacy, career guidance, and environment.
  • Liaise with school administration and community stakeholders for efficient project execution.
  • Organize school functions, employee engagement events, and community outreach activities.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor project effectiveness, gather data, and prepare impact reports.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including presentations, reports, photos, case studies, and success stories.
  • Assist with fundraising efforts by preparing proposals and related documentation.
  • Manage social media content, basic graphic design, photography, and documentation tasks.
  • Promote student admissions and enhance community involvement in SFC programs.
  • Ensure all assigned activities are completed on time, adhering to professional standards of punctuality, accountability, and quality.
