About the internship
About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to assist in the daily operations and strategic execution of educational programs aimed at improving literacy and numeracy across schools in India. The intern will collaborate closely with the program team to ensure smooth functioning of activities, support schools in implementing initiatives, collect and analyze feedback for service improvement, operate assigned schools autonomously, and conduct outreach research to onboard new schools expanding the program’s impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the program team to manage and implement day-to-day operational tasks.
- Provide support to schools for effective delivery of assigned programs.
- Gather and evaluate feedback from schools and stakeholders to enhance program quality and delivery.
- Independently manage operations of allocated schools to ensure seamless activity execution.
- Research and engage new schools to broaden program participation and outreach.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
- Must be available to begin between September 17 and October 23, 2026.
- Should be available for a duration of six months.
- Must possess relevant skills and interest aligned with the role.
Other Requirements
- Proficiency in Kannada language is mandatory.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- A stipend ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month will be provided.
- Interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
- The workweek consists of five days with an informal dress code.
- Complimentary snacks and beverages are available during working hours.
