This internship offers hands-on experience in supply chain and warehouse operations within a dynamic and modern company focused on stylish, handcrafted home products. As an intern, you will actively contribute to supply chain efficiency by maintaining and tracking shipment data, coordinating warehouse activities, reconciling inventory, and generating relevant reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update purchase orders, shipment logs, and product documentation using Excel and SharePoint.
- Monitor inbound shipments and containers, keeping track of expected arrival times, statuses, and shipping paperwork.
- Liaise with warehouse personnel and internal departments to oversee deliveries, order processing, receipt of goods, and follow up on any pending documentation.
- Compare invoiced quantities with received goods to spot discrepancies including shortages, surpluses, or damages.
- Produce and update reports, follow-up lists, and trackers to aid freight, stock control, and overall supply chain operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or a related discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, preferably with an e-commerce background.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and organization capabilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship lasting 4 months, starting between September 25 and October 30, 2026.
