About the Internship
We are seeking a motivated, structured, and detail-focused intern to lead client relationship management efforts. This position acts as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and organizing workflows to guarantee top-notch client service throughout the project lifecycle. The role covers coordination before photography shoots and managing post-production deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong client ties to foster high satisfaction and encourage repeat engagements.
- Gather key information related to shoots at least 3 to 4 days ahead, alongside conducting preliminary client consultation calls.
- Address client questions promptly and maintain a seamless and professional experience throughout interaction phases.
- Work alongside photo editors to coordinate and streamline editing workflows effectively.
- Monitor project progress by tracking tasks assigned to editors and managing client follow-ups.
- Oversee timelines to guarantee delivery deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Conduct thorough quality audits on deliverables before they are sent to clients to uphold brand standards.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to any client issues or dissatisfaction; liaise with senior management to resolve concerns appropriately.
- Maintain organized records, manage files effectively, and ensure backup protocols are followed.
- Resolve challenges while safeguarding client trust and satisfaction.
