About the Internship

STEMpedia, founded in 2016 by IIT Kanpur alumni, is a pioneer in AI and robotics education, aiming to revolutionize technology learning with practical, application-oriented curricula and teacher training programs. Serving more than 400 schools across over 50 countries, they focus on children aged 7 and above, supporting schools and institutions in building AI and robotics labs.

Role and Responsibilities

This opportunity seeks motivated and skilled individuals with an enthusiasm for teaching and technology to serve as Drone Trainer Interns. The position involves a dedicated one-month engagement within schools, working collaboratively with teachers and students to offer hands-on drone education sessions. Key duties include presenting drone technology concepts, mentoring students, managing lab materials, and maintaining proper documentation.

• Deliver drone technology classes to both teachers and students through interactive experiments and practical exercises.
• Conduct captivating lessons on drone mechanics, flight principles, and basic operational skills ensuring active student engagement.
• Demonstrate drone handling techniques and facilitate hands-on activities for enhanced learning.
• Oversee organization, accountability, and effective use of laboratory materials during classroom sessions.
• Maintain detailed progress reports for each class and communicate updates to school officials and STEMpedia team.
• Register and document student participation accurately via the online course platform.
• Provide mentorship and support to students during practical drone activities.
• Adhere strictly to established guidelines concerning session delivery, documentation, and laboratory management.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting three months.
• Internship start dates between September 23, 2026, and October 28, 2026, are required.
• Candidates should reside in one of the following locations: Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Gandhinagar, Rajkot, Surat, Bhuj, Visnagar, Junagadh, Patan, or Junagadh District.
• Relevant skills and genuine interest in drone technology and teaching are essential.

Additional Information

• The role requires frequent visits to schools and engagement with multiple stakeholders.
• The internship provides a certificate upon completion.
