Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content calendar balancing brand awareness and direct marketing goals.
• Create compelling captions, hooks, and copy that sound genuine and relatable rather than corporate.
• Oversee Instagram as the key platform, managing Reels, Stories, and interactions to engage the audience.
• Spot emerging trends early and apply them strategically to maximize impact.
• Evaluate content performance through data analysis and refine strategies to increase effectiveness.
• Foster a lively community by actively responding to direct messages, comments, shares, and other feedback mechanisms.

Candidate Eligibility

• Only individuals available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Internship start dates must be between September 10 and October 15, 2026.
• Commitment to a full 3-month internship duration.
• Must be based in Pune and able to work onsite.
• Possess relevant skills and a strong interest in social media marketing.
