This internship focuses on crafting and managing engaging social media content aligned with daily astrological themes and current digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct brief daily research on trending audio clips, viral video formats, and memes on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Align social media content with astrological themes and app features such as transit updates, Kundli analyses, and horoscope readings.
- Interact with the community by responding to comments, direct messages, and story replies to enhance audience retention on Instagram and YouTube.
- Create 1-2 concise daily video scripts with impactful openings and clear calls to action.
- Edit short vertical videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or InShot, incorporating trimming, audio syncing, captions, overlays, and sound effects.
- Design visual assets including story templates, thumbnails, and simple carousel graphics with Canva.
- Craft appealing captions and select effective hashtags in English and Hindi; prepare searchable YouTube Shorts titles.
- Publish or schedule posts strategically based on peak audience engagement periods.
- Participate in weekly content planning meetings focusing on upcoming events and campaigns.
- Analyze video reach, engagement, click-through, and conversion metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Maintain an organized asset library of raw and edited videos, graphics, and brand templates.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for remote work and able to start between September 28 and November 2, 2026.
- Commitment for a 2-month internship duration is required.
- Relevant interests and skills in social media marketing, digital trends, and content creation are essential.
- MBA candidates from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions are preferred.
- Preference for those passionate about influencer and social media marketing with a strong desire to learn.
- Familiarity or experience in AI video generation tools is an advantage.
Stipend and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹1,200 to ₹2,000, combining a fixed pay of ₹1,000 and incentives between ₹200 and ₹1,000.
