Join Grove Growth as a Media & Public Relations (PR) intern to hone your skills in social media marketing, creative writing, client relationship management, and proficiency in English communication. This opportunity allows hands-on experience leveraging platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, supported by data analytics and Excel proficiency, to promote brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create captivating social media content across various channels to enhance brand recognition and audience interaction.
- Build and nurture connections with journalists, media houses, and influencers to gain favorable press coverage.
- Monitor social media analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and propose data-driven optimizations.
- Assist in drafting and preparing PR materials including press releases, media kits, and presentation pitches.
- Support the organization and execution of PR events to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Manage client and stakeholder communications by addressing inquiries and feedback professionally.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time in-office internship based in Delhi.
- Internship commencement must be between 24th September 2026 and 29th October 2026.
- Commitment to a 3-month internship duration is required.
- Candidates should possess related skills and interests in media and public relations.

Compensation and Additional Information
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹7,000 to ₹20,000, comprising a fixed pay of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 and incentives between ₹2,000 and ₹10,000.
- Upon conversion to a full-time role, employees can expect an annual salary between ₹300,000 and ₹400,000.
