Join Housy as an Operations Intern in Pune where you will be actively involved in managing and optimizing daily service bookings. Housy is dedicated to delivering quality home cleaning services within 10 minutes, including utensil cleaning, mopping, sweeping, bathroom, and kitchen cleaning, provided by trained employees through a mobile app.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily booking processes such as assignment allocation, fulfillment monitoring, and completion tracking.
- Collaborate with service partners instantly to manage availability, routing logistics, and handle any escalations.
- Track and analyze vital service performance indicators including timely arrivals, completion rates, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Swiftly address unique operational challenges like delays, no-shows, or cancellations with effective judgment.
- Proactively spot and remedy operational blockages to prevent recurrence.
- Create and maintain standardized operating procedures and playbooks to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
Candidate Eligibility
- Full-time availability for an in-office internship.
