About the Internship
This internship focuses on supporting the daily functioning of e-commerce sales platforms to help maintain seamless and efficient online retail operations. Key duties include managing product listings, processing orders, coordinating inventory, assisting marketplace management, and ensuring accurate record-keeping across various digital sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily e-commerce activities on websites and online marketplaces.
- Create and update product details such as titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Handle the entire process from order receipt through dispatch and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory is up-to-date and orders are fulfilled timely.
- Monitor stock levels and flag low or out-of-stock items.
- Assist in managing pricing strategies including offers, discounts, and promotions.
- Keep track of order statuses, including cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.
- Maintain precise records of products, sales, inventory, and orders.
- Support resolving marketplace account operational issues.
- Liaise with delivery and logistics service providers for prompt dispatch.
- Observe customer feedback and escalate concerns when necessary.
