About the Internship

This internship involves working across several sports venues in the Delhi NCR region, with a primary focus on Ghaziabad. The intern will be responsible for cultivating and managing a dependable group of players for a variety of sports such as football, cricket, badminton, pickleball, and basketball in line with venue demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sports communities by identifying individual players seeking partners and establishing active group chats and digital communities on platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram.
• Organize and coordinate regular pickup games tailored to demand, ensuring sufficient player participation and maintaining records of attendees.
• Acquire new players through social media, educational institutions, workplaces, residential associations, and local sports groups, converting casual participants into consistent community members.
• Foster community engagement by regularly communicating with players, gathering feedback, promoting a welcoming atmosphere, and encouraging referrals.
• Collaborate with venue managers to maximize facility usage by scheduling games strategically and identify opportunities for leagues and special sporting events.
• Create and share content related to games and community activities, supporting marketing efforts and encouraging player-generated content.

Performance Indicators

• Monthly count of newly added players.
• Number of active players per sports community.
• Total pickup games held.
• Average player count in each game.
• Retainment rate of participants.
• Conversion of new players into regular members.
• Venue bookings generated from community activities.
• Revenue derived from pickup games.

Compensation

The position offers a fixed monthly stipend combined with performance-based incentives linked to clear monthly KPIs such as new player acquisition, game success, participant retention, revenue generation, and community growth. The fixed stipend ranges between ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 monthly, with additional incentives from ₹2,000 to ₹10,000 monthly.

This opportunity is available to individuals willing to undertake a full-time, on-site internship for a duration of three months, beginning between September 19, 2026, and October 24, 2026. Applicants should have relevant skills or interests in sports and related activities. Additional Information

• Interns will receive a certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion.
• Flexible working hours with a five-day workweek and an informal dress code are offered.
