About the Internship
This internship involves supporting daily sales operations specifically focusing on OEM accounts. The intern will be responsible for tracking sales orders and dispatches, managing customer communications via calls and emails, and maintaining order details including renewals and report generation. The role also includes facilitating payment follow-ups and ensuring efficient coordination with various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and tracking OEM sales orders and dispatch status on a daily basis.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and timely follow-ups to enhance communication and service.
- Update and maintain accurate order details, renewal information, and prepare basic reports.
- Support payment collection processes with follow-ups and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Mumbai.
- Should be able to commence the internship anytime between 19th September 2026 and 24th October 2026.
- Availability for a duration of six months is mandatory.
- Possess relevant skills, a willingness to learn sales operations, and effective communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and use of simple formulas, is required.

Compensation
