About the Internship
This internship provides an opportunity to work intimately with the founder of a luxury wedding photography and cinematography company, assisting in a variety of operational and creative tasks. The selected interns will engage in coordinating efforts across multiple teams, managing client and vendor communications, aiding in marketing efforts, and contributing to project planning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the founder on daily operations.
- Coordinate activities among photographers, cinematographers, editors, vendors, and other team members.
- Perform follow-ups with clients, freelancers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support project planning and scheduling initiatives.
- Assist in social media management, marketing campaigns, and brand development tasks.
- Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and innovative ideas.
- Create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Help organize and enhance internal processes and systems.
- Contribute to the initiation and support of new projects and business strategies.
- Maintain follow-up tracking to prevent any tasks from being overlooked.
- Demonstrate ownership by completing assigned tasks efficiently and reliably.
Eligibility and Candidate Profile
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting 3 months.
- Must be able to start between September 25, 2026, and October 30, 2026.
- Final-year students or recent graduates with relevant skills and genuine enthusiasm for learning about business operations.
- Highly organized, responsible, and proactive individuals who communicate effectively.
- Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
- Interest in business, startups, marketing, photography, filmmaking, or the wedding industry is preferred.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Canva, MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication capabilities.
