Position Overview
The company seeks a meticulous, self-driven Founders Office Intern to collaborate closely with the Chief Strategy Officer's (CSO) office. This role demands helping the leadership with follow-ups, cross-team coordination, research, execution, and tracking of vital organizational tasks and commitments. It is tailored for candidates who thrive in dynamic startup settings, handle ambiguity well, and ensure key initiatives proceed on schedule without oversight.
Intern Responsibilities
- Drive closure of leadership action items, meeting outcomes, and calls.
- Coordinate with various teams to meet task deadlines and deliverables.
- Maintain organized trackers of tasks, owners, and deadlines with regular updates.
- Assist the CSO's office by preparing research materials, presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Support stakeholder engagement, meeting arrangements, follow-up actions, and key project implementation.
- Identify execution delays or gaps and escalate them proactively.
- Handle daily operational and strategic needs of the CSO's office.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability for full-time, on-site internship starting between September 15 and October 20, 2026, for a six-month duration.
- Strong command of written and verbal communication.
- High ownership, responsibility, and commitment to task completion.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to self-manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable navigating startup dynamics and ambiguity.
- Quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Effective coordination skills across teams and stakeholders.
- Preferred: Prior exposure to startups, Founders or CSO office roles, business development, strategy, CRM or task-management tools, and experience creating presentation decks, progress trackers, research, or business reports.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities are a plus.
