Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating candidates through screening and interviews across multiple job openings.
- Handle job advertisement postings on various recruitment channels to attract suitable applicants.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates efficiently.
- Perform reference verifications and background checks on prospective hires.
- Help organize recruitment-related events such as job fairs to promote hiring initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive and current candidate data records within the company’s database.
- Support the HR team with diverse administrative tasks and projects to enhance operational workflows.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be capable of working remotely from home during the internship tenure.
- Availability to commence the internship between September 8, 2026, and October 13, 2026 is mandatory.
- Candidates should commit to a six-month internship period.
- Possession of relevant recruitment skills and genuine interest in HR roles is required.
Remuneration and Benefits
- The monthly stipend ranges between INR 15,000 and INR 22,000, consisting of a fixed component of INR 10,000 to INR 12,000 and additional incentives from INR 5,000 to INR 10,000.
- Participants receive a certificate upon completion and a letter of recommendation as recognition of their contribution.
