Interns will engage in sourcing candidates across multiple platforms, conducting initial screening calls, coordinating interview schedules, and updating recruitment trackers to support quick and efficient hiring.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates actively using job portals, professional networks, and referrals to maintain a strong recruitment pipeline aimed at closing 70% of roles within 21 days.
- Perform initial candidate screening calls to evaluate suitability and facilitate timely interview scheduling with hiring managers.
- Keep recruitment trackers and candidate status reports current to ensure transparent progress monitoring against established recruitment goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai for a two-month period.
- Internship start date must be between August 31, 2026, and October 5, 2026.
- Open to freshers, women aiming to begin or resume their careers, and candidates with relevant skills and interests in recruitment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 25,000.
