At Airtribe, we aim to revolutionize educational experiences by building the largest platform for cohort-based courses that enhance lifelong learning outcomes. These live programs feature interactive workshop-style sessions, direct access to instructors, peer community engagement, and regular assessments. As a Learning Experience Associate intern, you will play a crucial role in managing the learner journey, coordinating workshops, and ensuring each interaction throughout the program is seamless, organized, and enjoyable. This role suits individuals passionate about education, strong organizers, and capable of connecting teams, mentors, and learners effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of cohort activities, from learner onboarding through program completion.
Schedule and coordinate live workshops, masterclasses, and community-centered events.
Serve as the main contact for learners, facilitating smooth communication and prompt response to inquiries.
Support the planning and delivery of flagship events, webinars, and collaborative initiatives.
Maintain high learner engagement by sending timely reminders, following up, and collecting feedback.
Collaborate closely with internal teams like growth, content, and technology, as well as external stakeholders including mentors and guest speakers.
Ensure all program operations adhere to set schedules and uphold quality standards.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between August 19, 2026, and September 23, 2026, with a commitment duration of six months. Relevant skills and interests in education and program coordination are essential. Fresh graduates seeking employment opportunities are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong organizational aptitude and keen attention to detail.
Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and execute coordination tasks swiftly.
An ownership mindset, taking responsibility for the success of learners.
Previous experience in event planning, operations, or community management is advantageous.
Experience organizing college events or festivals will be beneficial.

Compensation and Perks

The stipend for this internship ranges from INR 15,000 to 20,000 monthly. Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, informal dress code, free snacks and beverages, and a job offer upon successful conversion.

Additional Information

Successful interns may receive a job offer with a salary ranging from INR 500,000 to 700,000 annually upon permanent employment.
