Join ADVOLVE Creative Ventures Private Limited's start-up brand VOLVE as a Studio Coordinator Intern, gaining practical experience in running the daily operations of a dynamic dance studio. This role offers exposure to various aspects of managing dance classes, events, and studio administration aligned with current trends in the dance and fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational tasks ensuring smooth functioning of dance classes and related activities.
- Manage scheduling for classes, coordinate studio bookings and instructor timetables.
- Communicate and coordinate with students, instructors, choreographers, and workshop leaders regarding schedules, updates, and requirements.
- Help with student registrations, tracking attendance, fee collection, and maintaining financial records.
- Support banking tasks and financial administration under supervision, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Organize and oversee dance workshops, events, intensives, ensuring seamless execution from planning through completion.
- Maintain organized records of students, batches, payments, and schedules for efficient studio management.
- Stay informed on evolving dance trends, social media content strategies, and educational innovations within the dance sector.
- Contribute to studio communications and digital content creation, promoting engagement with the dance community.
- Uphold a friendly and professional communication standard with studio participants and staff.
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming studio environment reflecting the studio's cultural and artistic values.
- Proactively identify and resolve routine operational challenges and escalate significant matters appropriately.
- Assist the management team with various administrative and operational responsibilities as needed.
Eligibility and Candidate Profile
- Available for a full-time in-office internship lasting one month starting between 11th September and 16th October 2026.
