Join Bauer Bodoni as a Wedding Planner intern and contribute to crafting exceptional destination weddings across India. This internship will provide hands-on experience coordinating all aspects of wedding planning, supporting a team dedicated to delivering extraordinary events for discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning team with ongoing destination wedding projects, managing timelines, checklists, and production documentation.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their event requirements, including guest number, dates, budget, and design expectations, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with various vendors such as hotels, decorators, caterers, photographers, and entertainers to confirm availability, obtain quotations, and monitor deliverables.
- Conduct venue research and develop decor concepts to assist in preparing client-facing proposals and mood boards.
- Assist with on-site event preparations, including rehearsals and execution at wedding locations across India.
- Monitor payments, vendor agreements, and track change requests related to each wedding project.
- Facilitate post-event activities including vendor payments, collecting client feedback, and managing multimedia assets.
Candidate Requirements
- Available full-time onsite for a six-month internship starting between 14th September and 19th October 2026.
- Possess relevant skills and interests in event management and wedding planning.
- Preferably have prior experience in weddings, events, or hospitality sectors.
- Willingness to travel nationwide to various wedding venues and work on event days, including weekends.
- Exhibit strong spoken English skills and a composed client-facing demeanor suited to high-net-worth and international clients.
