This internship involves detailed data entry focusing on travel destinations. Your primary role will include researching comprehensive information about travel locations, assembling data, and uploading complete details including images and itineraries onto our platform. We emphasize accurate, punctual work and require prior experience in data entry. This role is not related to AI, machine learning, or software coding.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on assigned travel destinations and states using credible online resources.
- Compile and organize collected data efficiently using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Gather detailed information such as destination descriptions, activities, seasonal data, transportation options, optimal visiting times, and operational hours.
- Ensure precise and timely entry of data, with a target of completing at least two states each month.
- Upload travel destination information and images to the website as per provided data sheets.
- Format and arrange itinerary details appropriately on the platform.
- Verify that images, descriptions, activities, timings, and all pertinent information are accurately reflected on the website.
- Meet deadlines for assigned destinations, with an expected 300-500 data entries per state.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience of 2-3 months in data entry is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in online research methodologies.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel at a basic operational level.
- Attention to detail and precision in data handling.
- Basic written English communication skills.
- A genuine interest in travel and the tourism sector.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be able to perform remotely and start the internship within the window of September 15, 2026, to October 20, 2026. The commitment required is for a three-month duration. Candidates from relevant academic backgrounds and with applicable skill sets are preferred.
