About the Internship

The Operations Intern will play a crucial role in supporting daily business activities and ensuring seamless interaction across various teams. This includes overseeing records maintenance, managing operational data, and liaising with vendors and logistics partners to coordinate deliveries, shipments, and returns. The intern will also monitor project timelines, address operational challenges, and assist with process documentation aimed at enhancing efficiency. Preparation of reports and data analysis through spreadsheets and MIS forms a key part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operational workflows and facilitate effective teamwork.
• Keep operational records, reports, and databases updated regularly.
• Monitor inventory status along with orders, shipments, and product returns.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, logistics services, and other involved parties.
• Document internal processes and identify areas to optimize operational procedures.
• Track deadlines, resolve issues related to operations, and ensure completion of pending tasks.
• Create and manage spreadsheets, MIS reports, and compile data summaries as required.
• Provide support for miscellaneous tasks and ongoing projects within the Operations department.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Available to commit full-time onsite for a 6-month internship starting between September 14, 2026, and October 19, 2026.
• Possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for the role.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic startup setting.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Demonstrate good communication and coordination capabilities.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Eager to learn and take responsibility for assigned duties.
