Join as a Business Development Associate to engage directly with learners, understand their objectives, and help them select suitable programs. You will manage their journey from the initial conversation through to enrollment, fostering clarity, reliability, and an excellent experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete interaction cycle with learners, from the first point of contact to enrollment completion.
- Listening and interpreting learner goals and advising on appropriate courses with empathy and transparency.
- Address follow-up communications, handle objections, and assist decision-making processes.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality communication across all learner engagements.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of conversations, follow-up actions, and outcomes.
- Develop connections by engaging in calls, events, and networking opportunities.
Challenges to Address
- Assist learners in making well-informed decisions, avoiding rushed commitments.
- Minimize dropout rates resulting from uncertainty or misunderstanding.
- Build and maintain trust in a dynamic, high-volume sales environment.
- Conduct consultations that prioritize genuine dialogue over scripted pitches.
Additional Details
- Stipend Structure: Fixed pay between ₹18,000 and ₹20,000 per month plus incentives ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 monthly.
- Role Progression: Initially focus on product knowledge and learner engagement. With experience, enhance conversion quality, manage more complex discussions, and help optimize sales practices. Career advancement opportunities include managing larger pipelines, mentoring juniors, or transitioning into impactful sales and growth positions.
