Interns will research and recommend optimal hospitals and specialists suited to patients’ needs by evaluating treatment options, price ranges, and provider credentials. Coordination of doctors' consultations is essential, which includes managing schedules, documentation, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers. Effective patient communication is vital, requiring empathy, clarity, and professionalism to support patients throughout their decision-making process. Additionally, interns will analyze sales outcomes, monitor conversion patterns, and contribute actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
