Role Overview and Responsibilities
As an Onboarding Specialist Intern, you will contribute to the lead management and enrollment process. Your daily activities will involve thorough and timely engagement with potential clients to maximize conversion outcomes. Key duties include:
- Ensuring daily submission of detailed reports covering calls made, leads contacted, trials booked and attended, successful enrollments, and reasons for unsuccessful leads.
- Promptly contacting and following up with all assigned leads from various sources such as Meta advertisements, website inquiries, and referrals, striving to engage every lead comprehensively within the same day.
- Maintaining accurate and updated records in the CRM system after each interaction, including call outcomes, scheduled trial dates, and specific reasons for any lost leads.
Internship Details and Eligibility
This is a full-time, in-office internship based in Gurgaon, with available positions also in Delhi and Dwarka. The internship spans two months and requires immediate availability for starting between September 28, 2026, and November 2, 2026. Candidates must possess relevant skills and a passion for the role, with eligibility restricted to residents of Gurgaon, Delhi, or Dwarka who can commit to the full duration.
Additional Information and Perks
Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging from INR 6,000 to INR 10,000 and will be awarded a certificate upon completion of the internship. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in community and client engagement within an innovative education technology environment.
