Join Best Roadways Limited as a Client Servicing Intern in Mumbai, where you will assist key account managers in maintaining high client satisfaction. Your role involves overseeing shipment issues until resolution, delivering daily status updates, and proactively engaging with clients before they reach out to us.
Key Responsibilities
- Document client complaints by creating tickets and ensure thorough follow-up until resolved.
- Provide clients with daily updates on vehicle placement and delivery progress.
- Conduct scheduled check-in calls to gather client feedback and ensure their needs are met.
- Follow up on proof of delivery documents to prevent billing delays.
