About the Internship
As a Process Coordinator (MIS) intern at Best Roadways Limited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's internal processes. Each department maintains process sheets and weekly task lists, and your responsibility will be to keep these updated, monitor overdue items, and prepare analytical reports for the weekly management meetings.
Daily Responsibilities
- Regularly update the company's task and delegation tracker and proactively follow up with task owners on delayed actions.
- Maintain a client issue log to identify and flag unresolved tickets requiring attention.
- Develop weekly MIS reports that not only highlight successes but critically analyze what did not go as planned.
- Compile agenda items and performance data ahead of Monday management meetings.

- Available for a full-time, in-office internship duration of 3 months.
- Can commence the internship between October 3, 2026, and November 7, 2026.
- Reside within Mumbai and can attend onsite work.
- Possess the relevant skills including advanced Excel, pivot tables, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and VLOOKUP functions.

Additional Information
- Successful interns may receive a job offer upon completion, with an expected annual salary ranging from ₹240,000 to ₹300,000.
