Internship Overview

BPG Renewables Pvt Ltd, a trailblazer in innovative waste management systems for residential and commercial clients, is offering a 6-month full-time onsite internship in Bangalore for Civil Engineering students or fresh graduates. The role is designed to assist site engineers in a variety of civil construction tasks while gaining hands-on experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the site engineer by overseeing foundations, tanks, equipment bases, drainage systems, and related civil construction activities.
• Interpret civil engineering drawings and verify site measurements with approved plans.
• Calculate quantity estimates, identify material needs, and prepare basic bills of quantities.
• Monitor daily progress, labor deployment, and material usage on site.
• Assist in conducting quality assurance inspections and communicate findings to supervising engineers.
• Coordinate under supervision with contractors and mechanical teams.
• Document and maintain site photographs, measurement logs, and daily progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with site safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions without delay.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, onsite internship starting between October 9th and November 13th, 2026.
• Must commit to a 6-month duration.
• Students or recent graduates pursuing or holding a diploma, BE, or BTech in Civil Engineering are eligible.
• Basic understanding of construction methodologies, quantity estimation, and drawing interpretation is required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel is necessary.
• Willingness to work on construction sites and travel as needed.
• Good communication, observation, and documentation abilities are essential.

Remuneration and Benefits

• The internship stipend is INR 5,000 per month.

Additional Information

• Successful interns may receive a job offer with an expected annual salary of INR 220,000 as a permanent employee.
