Client Servicing Intern

About the Internship

This role involves assisting key account managers to maintain strong relationships with existing clients by proactively addressing shipment concerns, providing regular updates, and ensuring prompt resolution before clients need to reach out. The internship provides hands-on exposure to client handling within a leading logistics company.

Key Responsibilities

• Register client complaints as tickets and diligently follow up until resolution.
• Provide clients with daily updates regarding vehicle placements and delivery statuses.
• Conduct scheduled check-in calls to gather client feedback and foster communication.
• Ensure prompt collection of delivery documents (Proof of Delivery) to avoid billing delays.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only candidates available for a full-time, onsite internship in Uran are eligible.
• Candidates must be able to start between 3rd October 2026 and 7th November 2026.
• Availability for the full duration of 3 months is required.
• Applicants should possess relevant skills and interest in client servicing and logistics.

Required Skills and Qualities

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for managing data and reporting.

Additional Information

• Upon successful internship completion and transition to a permanent role, the expected annual salary ranges from ₹220,000 to ₹280,000.
