Join Taivas Education, a rapidly expanding EdTech startup committed to transforming communication skills. We focus on public speaking and debate coaching to empower students and young professionals to express themselves confidently and clearly. This role involves actively pitching our program's structure, benefits, and scheduling flexibility to prospective clients. Effective follow-up with leads and managing a well-organized pipeline are essential. Coordination with internal teams to arrange demo sessions or virtual presentations and facilitating smooth student onboarding will be key responsibilities. You will maintain accurate CRM logs capturing lead progress, notes, and follow-up actions. Meeting admissions targets on a weekly and monthly basis and supporting class fill goals are important outcomes. Additionally, sharing valuable market feedback—including common concerns from parents—will help refine our messaging and conversion strategies.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Gurgaon.
- Internship start date between 28th September 2026 and 2nd November 2026.
- Committed to a 3-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills and interests related to sales and communication.
Stipend and Incentives
- Monthly fixed stipend ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹10,000.
- Additional monthly incentives between ₹2,000 and ₹4,000.
- Total monthly compensation therefore ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹14,000.
