About the Internship

This internship offers an immersive opportunity to understand the complete lifecycle of game development and shipping. As a production assistant supporting a commercial game, you will collaborate with a compact, distributed development team gaining hands-on exposure to production workflows, QA processes, marketing efforts, and project coordination. This position suits highly organized, detail-sensitive individuals interested in behind-the-scenes management of creative ventures. Prior experience in gaming is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage detailed master project schedules covering art, animation, design, and marketing tasks.
• Systematically archive and control concept art, screenshots, and other game assets.
• Conduct daily testing of game builds, documenting bugs comprehensively on Jira with steps, screenshots, and prioritization.
• Support developer meetings through detailed note-taking and coordination.
• Maintain and organize project documents including scripts, design notes, and asset inventory.
• Monitor team workload balance and report any resource shortages or constraints.
• Coordinate scheduling and deliverables with external freelancers like voice actors and musicians.
• Oversee dependencies and timelines across multiple contributors to ensure smooth progress.
• Prepare detailed meeting notes, follow-up actions, and weekly progress summaries.
• Facilitate beta testing phases including coordination and collection of feedback for quality assurance.
• Work closely with the game director to maintain clear, organized production visibility.
• Engage in partnership management and support marketing campaigns.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Open to candidates who can work remotely and commence between October 2, 2026, and November 6, 2026.
• Available for the full six-month internship period.
• Possess relevant skills and a passion for game development or interactive media.
