Role Description and Responsibilities

The chosen intern will be engaged daily in several supportive functions including:

• Assisting the IT department with fundamental technical tasks involving laptops, software, and systems.
• Helping coordinate IT onboarding processes and setups for new employees.
• Maintaining comprehensive records of IT equipment, tracking allocation, availability, and managing requests and replacements.
• Liaising with external vendors to fulfill office and event-related needs.
• Supporting logistical activities like bookings, procurement of orders, event management, and various operational tasks.
• Providing assistance with routine office coordination and administrative duties.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship.
• Internship commencement should be between 18th September 2026 and 23rd October 2026.
• The internship duration is fixed at three months.
• Candidates should demonstrate relevant skills and enthusiasm for IT and administrative functions.

Additional Information and Benefits

• There are five internship openings available.
• A monthly stipend ranging from 15,000 to 18,000 INR will be provided.
• The internship schedule consists of five working days per week.
• Successful interns may be considered for job offers upon completion.
