About the Internship

This internship is designed for inquisitive and analytical individuals interested in collaborating with both customers and internal product and growth teams at Astrotalk, a live astrology consultation platform.

Responsibilities

Investigate customer requirements, challenges, and their overall experience within the app.
Detect recurring themes and frequent feedback from user conversations.
Translate customer feedback into meaningful insights to guide Product and Growth departments.
Collaborate with the team to pinpoint improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to the product and user interface.
Interpret basic data and user feedback to aid informed decision-making.
Monitor the results of implemented changes and assess their effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

Excellent communication and active listening capabilities.
A curious attitude aimed at understanding customer behavior and motivations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable handling data, recognizing patterns, and extracting actionable insights.
Preferred educational background includes Psychology, Consumer Behaviour, Economics, Statistics, BBA/BMS or related disciplines.
Ability to move beyond simply gathering feedback and strategize on applying it effectively.

Additional Information

Internship duration: 3 months
Start date: Immediate availability between 22nd September and 27th October 2026
Location: Onsite at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Working days: 5 days per week
Stipend: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month
Certificate awarded upon completion
Opportunity for a job offer with an expected annual salary of ₹300,000 following successful conversion
