FRND App, India's leading social interaction platform with over 1 crore downloads, is expanding internationally and requires support to connect with users, comprehend their experiences, and identify factors driving retention. The goal is to collect actionable feedback for the Product, Growth, and Operations teams to enhance user retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outreach and retention efforts focused on users.
- Interact with both active and former users to explore behaviors and challenges.
- Conduct qualitative research through voice conversations and calls.
- Detect common user issues, feature demands, and growth possibilities.
- Develop organized reports and strategic recommendations for internal teams.
- Assist in testing initiatives aimed at boosting user engagement and retention.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent command of English with a neutral, globally understandable accent.
- Comfort and confidence in voice-based communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships.
- Interest in social media platforms, consumer products, and virtual communities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working autonomously.
- Curiosity and ability to derive meaningful insights from user discussions.
Additional Information
- Work location is remote (work from home).
- Night shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Internship duration ranging from 3 to 6 months, with a start date between September 7 and October 12, 2026.
- Monthly stipend ranges between INR 15,000 and INR 20,000.
- A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion.
