About the Internship

This internship involves managing customer interactions primarily via chat and social media channels. The selected intern will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, understanding their questions, and providing accurate information regarding our Ayurvedic products. Follow-ups with customers will also be essential to ensure their issues are resolved promptly, guaranteeing a positive experience. Additionally, interns will maintain basic records of conversations and follow-up actions.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Delhi.
• Internship start dates should be between September 29, 2026, and November 3, 2026.
• Applicants should commit to a 3-month internship duration.
• Must possess relevant skills including typing, client relationship management, and proficient written English.

Compensation and Benefits

The stipend ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month. Interns will also receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion. Dress code is informal.
