About the Role

Join Storytech in Hyderabad as a Customer Service and Customer Support intern, where you'll engage closely with clients and contribute to enhancing user experiences in the tech industry. As part of our vibrant team, you'll handle client queries, assist with relationship management, and analyze market trends to support strategic growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with clients to resolve inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Perform market research and analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Initiate cold calls to potential customers to broaden the client base.
• Support client communication efforts to deliver outstanding service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously refine the customer experience.
• Use MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be proficient in both spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office suite is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain client interactions and perform cold calls.
• Available for a full-time internship, on-site in Secunderabad/Hyderabad.
• Committed to a 6-month internship starting immediately between September 13 and October 18, 2026.
