About the Internship
This internship offers a comprehensive experience in Human Resources, focusing on recruitment and talent acquisition. Key daily tasks involve assisting in all stages of recruitment, from sourcing candidates via various channels such as job portals and social networks, to reviewing resumes and shortlisting suitable applicants. Interns will conduct preliminary screening calls, coordinate interviews, group discussions, and other selection processes. They will also maintain accurate records including candidate databases and recruitment trackers, while assisting in onboarding procedures and company communications about hiring needs. Additionally, interns will prepare detailed recruitment reports on a daily and weekly basis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months.
- Internship start dates should be between September 21, 2026, and October 26, 2026.
- Candidates should currently be pursuing or have completed a graduate degree.
- Relevant educational backgrounds include BBA, MBA, B.Com, BBM, B.A., B.Sc., B.Tech, or similar fields.

Stipend & Benefits
The position offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹15,000, structured with a fixed component between ₹5,000 and ₹10,000 plus incentives of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000. Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation upon successful completion, and a casual dress code to ensure a comfortable work environment.
