Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Provide support in handling employee relations by addressing concerns and aiding in conflict resolution.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR information systems.
- Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Participate in performance management activities such as reviews and feedback delivery.
- Collaborate on special HR projects and initiatives aligned with departmental goals.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Completion of an undergraduate degree is required.
- Educational background in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity and develop processes from scratch.
