About the Internship
This internship provides hands-on experience in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes at NimbleGTM, a specialist consultancy in RevOps and GTM Engineering focusing on B2B revenue systems and HubSpot optimization. Interns will work closely with the leadership team and be involved in hiring, candidate management, onboarding, and HR operations within a dynamic, small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all stages of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage candidate pipelines and interview scheduling to ensure smooth hiring experiences.
- Support employee onboarding processes and HR operational functions as the company expands.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize hiring needs and create streamlined recruitment procedures.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Availability for a remote internship spanning 4 months, starting between September 1, 2026, and October 6, 2026.
- Possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for recruitment and organizational development.
- Preferred candidates are final-year students or recent graduates pursuing HR, Business, Management, or related disciplines.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Highly proactive, organized, and capable of independently managing responsibilities.
Remuneration and Additional Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000.
- Successful interns may receive an offer to join NimbleGTM as permanent employees, with an anticipated annual salary between ₹250,000 and ₹300,000.
