Customer Success Intern (Technical) - Remote Opportunity

About the Internship

This internship offers an opportunity to work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure account health and enhance customer success. As a Customer Success Intern with a technical focus, you will be responsible for monitoring assigned customer accounts daily, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping resolve issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for allocated customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate support.
• Identify gaps and best practices within accounts and document them for continuous improvement.
• Analyze challenges faced by customers and collaborate internally to expedite solutions.
• Evaluate the customer journey to understand support touchpoints and partner with teams to help clients reach their goals.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams to maximize customer retention and growth while sharing insights learned.

Candidate Requirements and Skills

• Familiarity with CCTV infrastructure and its operational aspects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as port forwarding, DDNS configuration, RTSP protocols, and experience with NVR/DVR and IP cameras.
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of containerization technology like Docker is a plus.
• Self-driven with strong motivation and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building across organizational levels.
• Good organizational capabilities and strong problem-solving aptitude.

Additional Information

• This position is fully remote with a three-month internship duration starting immediately.
• Stipend offered is ₹10,000 per month.
• Successful interns may receive a certificate and a job offer with an annual salary range of ₹360,000 to ₹400,000 upon conversion to a full-time employee.
