About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship provides an opportunity to engage directly with customer service processes for a renowned SaaS HR automation software. Interns will be responsible for addressing user inquiries, collaborating daily with customers' HR teams, and liaising with internal product and engineering teams to ensure effective resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend and respond to customer questions received via the ticketing platform.
- Maintain regular communication with HR teams of client organizations and users of the software product.
- Analyze and resolve customer concerns within the current functionalities of the product.
- Collaborate closely with product engineering and management to implement existing solutions and contribute to product enhancements.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be prepared for a remote work setting starting between September 16, 2026, and October 21, 2026.
- Commitment to a 6-month internship period is required.
- Relevant skills and interests in client interaction and communication are necessary.
- Freshers interested in gaining experience are also welcome to apply.
Stipend and Benefits
- A monthly stipend ranging from INR 20,000 to 25,000 will be provided.
- The internship runs five days a week.
- Interns receive a certificate upon completion.
- Potential for a job offer leading to an annual salary between INR 300,000 and 420,000 post successful conversion to a full-time employee.
