Join The Affordable Organic Store as a Customer Retention Executive intern where you will manage outbound communication to reconnect with existing and former customers. Your role will focus on informing clients about current offers and new product ranges, collecting feedback on their purchase experiences, and understanding factors influencing their recent buying behavior. You will maintain accurate records of conversations and escalate any issues encountered to the relevant team. A key part of this internship is to nurture positive customer relationships and support efforts for repeat sales.
