SmartEd Innovations is offering an exciting full-time onsite internship opportunity in Business Development and Sales based in Bangalore. This role is designed for individuals passionate about sales, negotiation, and lead generation who wish to gain hands-on experience in the education technology sector. Interns will work closely with experienced sales professionals to develop practical skills and make meaningful contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification and pursuit of new business prospects.
- Conduct market analyses to discover potential leads and targeted customer segments.
- Assist in preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
- Work alongside marketing teams to devise impactful sales strategies.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to monitor sales progress.
- Help in negotiating and finalizing deals with prospective clients.
- Regularly report on sales activities and outcomes.
Eligibility and Requirements
Candidates must be available for a full-time onsite internship in Bangalore starting between September 15 and October 20, 2026, for a period of six months. Ideal applicants are self-motivated, have strong written English skills, are adept at negotiation, have experience or interest in lead generation and sales, and are eager to learn and evolve professionally. Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹27,000 to ₹33,000, comprising a fixed pay of ₹17,000 to ₹18,000 plus incentives between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000.
- Additional perks include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, job offer upon successful internship completion, informal dress code, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
- Successful interns transitioning to permanent employees can expect an annual salary between ₹400,000 and ₹800,000.
