This internship focuses on telecalling tasks aimed at customer support for a debt management and collection platform. Selected candidates will handle queries and complaints related to EMI payments, escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments, and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction by providing prompt solutions. Additionally, interns will support the collection team in recovering overdue payments from clients.
