Job Overview

The ITS Innovation Lead will oversee and drive innovation initiatives within the RF004 ITS work order. This role involves close collaboration with the client to align and fulfill their expectations, managing innovation budgets, coordinating subcontractors, and facilitating communication among all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, manage, and direct ITS innovation initiatives under the RF004 ITS contract.
• Engage with client (Ashghal) to capture needs and ensure expectations are fulfilled.
• Oversee the innovation budget including planning, monitoring, and controlling costs.
• Select, evaluate, and manage subcontractors and subconsultants effectively.
• Maintain coordinated communication between client, internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Track project progress, identify risks promptly, and apply corrective measures as needed.
• Prepare and deliver detailed progress reports to client and management.
• Ensure all deliverables conform to contractual, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Although prior experience in infrastructure, ITS, or innovation projects is advantageous, it is not essential.
• Proven experience managing clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project budgeting and cost management preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, coordination, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills.
• Problem-solving driven with effective challenge management skills.
• Basic understanding of ITS or related infrastructure projects without requirement for technical depth.
• Proactive, structured, and delivery-focused work style.
