Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Bring to life the principles of Acknowledge, Care & Thank (ACTs) by creating products and customer experiences that delight.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene, maintaining cleanliness and organization at every workstation, and preparing for audits.
- Support and guide team members, fostering a workplace culture focused on wellbeing, resilience, and collective achievement.
- Continuously develop both baking techniques and leadership skills to stay ahead in the industry.
- Manage the challenges of a busy bakery environment, including meeting tight deadlines and handling physical demands efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a formal qualification in baking or equivalent industry certification.
- Have proven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced bakery setting.
