Online Tutor (Remote)

Role Summary

We are seeking a full-time Online Tutor to remotely instruct and guide students in a specified subject area. This position blends expertise in the subject matter with effective teaching techniques aimed at fostering genuine understanding rather than focusing solely on examination success.

Primary Duties

• Facilitate one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions through video conferencing platforms.

• Maintain communication with parents or guardians regarding student development when applicable.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the tutoring subject area.
• Minimum of two years' practical experience in tutoring or teaching.
• Expertise in the subject with clear abilities to explain complex ideas.
• Proficiency with online video tutoring tools and digital whiteboards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
